First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 16 times

Summary

This study tests a new type of PET-MRI scan to find small pituitary tumors causing Cushing's disease. The goal is to see if this non-invasive scan can replace the current standard test, which involves inserting catheters into veins near the brain. About 43 adults with confirmed Cushing's disease will receive both the scan and the standard test to compare accuracy.
