Summary

This study tested a new, more integrated approach to caring for people with Parkinson's disease. It compared this new model, called PRIME Parkinson, to the usual care patients receive. The main goal was to see if the new approach helped patients better achieve their personal life goals and improved their health and symptoms over two years.
