Summary
This study is testing if adding a drug called evolocumab to standard treatment helps people with a severe type of pancreatitis caused by very high blood fat levels. The goal is to see if the combination lowers these dangerous fats faster and more effectively than standard care alone. Researchers will measure fat levels in the blood and track patient recovery in 40 participants.
