New hope for tough cancer: trial tests powerful drug combo
NCT ID NCT07235930
Summary
This study is testing whether adding two newer drugs (an immunotherapy and a blood vessel blocker) to standard chemotherapy helps people with advanced pancreatic cancer live longer. About 292 adults in China who haven't had prior treatment for their advanced cancer will participate. One group will get the new combination, while the other gets standard chemotherapy alone, to see which is more effective and safe.
