New weapon tested in fight against tough pancreatic cancer

Summary
This early-stage trial is testing a new drug called OMTX705, given alongside standard chemotherapy and an immunotherapy drug, for people with advanced pancreatic cancer that has spread. The main goal is to find a safe dose and see how well the body tolerates the combination. Researchers will also check if the treatment helps shrink tumors and control the cancer.
