Summary
This study aims to see if a new medication called CDE100 is effective and safe for relieving painful menstrual cramps. It will involve about 238 women aged 16-35 who regularly experience moderate to severe period pain. Participants will try both the study drug and a comparison treatment in a carefully controlled, blinded study design to measure pain relief over several hours.
