Summary
This study aims to see if a new drug called HRS-2129 can safely reduce pain from diabetic nerve damage. It will compare the drug against a placebo (a dummy pill) and an existing pain medication (pregabalin) in 168 Chinese adults with this condition. The main goal is to measure changes in daily pain scores over four weeks.
