Summary
This study tested whether a new daily capsule called NRD135S.E1 could safely reduce pain from diabetic nerve damage better than a placebo. 127 adults with this painful condition took either the drug or a dummy pill for 13 weeks. Researchers measured changes in daily pain levels to see if the new treatment was effective.
