Summary
This study is testing a new pain medication called Anrikefon for people recovering from laparoscopic stomach cancer surgery. The goal is to see if it effectively manages pain while reducing the need for strong opioid painkillers and their common side effects like nausea and vomiting. The drug is already approved in China for abdominal surgery pain, and this trial aims to confirm its benefits specifically for this type of cancer surgery.
