New drug aims to ease Post-Surgery pain

Summary
This study is testing a new medicine called TRD303 solution to see if it safely and effectively reduces pain after abdominal surgery. It will involve about 333 adults who are having planned abdominal surgery. Researchers will compare the new medicine against a standard treatment to measure how well it controls pain over 72 hours.
