NCT ID NCT07304284

Summary

This study is testing a new oral cholera vaccine called Biovac OCV-S to see if it works as well as an already approved vaccine. It will involve 2,824 healthy children and adults, and adults living with HIV, in South Africa. Participants will receive two doses of either the new vaccine or the existing one, and researchers will compare how well they trigger an immune response and their safety.
