Summary
This study is testing a new combination of three immunotherapy drugs for people with advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma (a type of head and neck cancer) that has come back or spread after their first treatment stopped working. The goal is to see if this three-drug approach is more effective and safe than current options. It will involve 41 patients and is an early-phase trial to gather initial evidence.
