New hope for advanced throat cancer patients in major trial
NCT ID NCT07459296
Summary
This study is testing whether a new combination of drugs works better than standard treatment for advanced nasopharyngeal cancer (a type of throat cancer). Researchers will compare a new treatment approach using two targeted drugs with the current standard chemotherapy. The trial aims to enroll 266 patients with high-risk, locally advanced cancer that hasn't spread to distant organs.
