Two-Drug attack tested for Hard-to-Treat blood cancer

Summary
This study is testing if a combination of two drugs, rituximab and venetoclax, can effectively treat marginal zone lymphoma (MZL) in people who haven't had chemotherapy before. The goal is to control the cancer and keep it from coming back. About 33 participants will receive the treatment for up to two years and be followed for one year after.
