New hope for blood cancer patients who failed standard treatment

Summary
This early-stage trial is testing a new oral medication called AJ1-11095 for adults with myelofibrosis, a serious bone marrow cancer. The study is for patients whose disease didn't respond well to or came back after standard JAK2 inhibitor treatment. Researchers will determine the safest dose and see if the drug helps reduce symptoms and spleen size.
