Summary

This study is for people newly diagnosed with multiple myeloma who cannot have or choose not to have a stem cell transplant. Researchers are testing a combination of four drugs (isatuximab, iberdomide, bortezomib, and dexamethasone) to find the safest dose and see how well it controls the cancer. The goal is to improve response rates while managing side effects.
