Colgate tests new mouthwash in fight against gum disease

Summary
This study is testing whether a new mouthwash is better than a control mouthwash at reducing dental plaque and helping prevent gum inflammation (gingivitis). About 80 adults in Italy with existing plaque and mild gum inflammation will use one of the mouthwashes daily for three months. Dentists will check their gum health and plaque levels several times to see which product works better.
