New monkeypox vaccine enters human testing

Summary
This is the first human study of a new monkeypox vaccine called JT118. It aims to test the safety and immune response of the vaccine in 180 healthy adults. The study will compare different dose levels and vaccination schedules, including in people who have and have not received a smallpox vaccine before.
