Experimental drug aims to help people with rare nerve disease

NCT ID NCT06537999

Summary

This study is testing whether an experimental drug called DNTH103 is safe and effective for adults with multifocal motor neuropathy (MMN), a rare condition that causes muscle weakness. The trial will involve 36 participants who are already receiving standard immunoglobulin treatment. Researchers will compare DNTH103 against a placebo to see if it helps maintain strength and delays the need for additional immunoglobulin treatments.
