NCT ID NCT07042516
Summary
This study is testing whether an investigational drug called asimadoline (TP0052) is safe and effective for reducing moderate to severe hot flashes and night sweats in menopausal women. The trial will enroll 120 women aged 40-62 who experience frequent symptoms. Participants will take the drug or a placebo for 8 weeks, followed by an optional 4-week period where everyone receives the drug, to see if it reduces the number and intensity of their symptoms.
