New scan could sharpen view of melanoma fight

Summary
This study is testing a new type of PET/CT scan to see if it can better show how well immunotherapy is working for people with advanced melanoma. Researchers will compare the new scan, which uses a tracer called [68Ga]Ga-FAPI-46, to the standard scan currently used. The goal is to find a more accurate way to monitor treatment response in 20 patients.
