Scientists test powerful drug cocktail to fight aggressive blood cancer

NCT ID NCT06854003

Summary

This study is testing a two-part treatment for people newly diagnosed with Mantle Cell Lymphoma, a type of blood cancer. First, participants receive an intensive 6-month combination of chemotherapy and targeted drugs. Then, they receive up to two years of lower-dose 'maintenance' therapy to try to keep the cancer from coming back. The goal is to see if adding a new drug called sonrotoclax to the maintenance phase is more effective.
