Summary

This study is testing a combination of three drugs—zanubrutinib, rituximab, and lenalidomide—as the first treatment for adults with advanced marginal zone lymphoma, a type of blood cancer. Researchers want to see if this combination helps patients live longer and is safe, compared to standard treatments. Participants will take the drugs as directed and visit the clinic regularly for check-ups and tests.
