Race to control returning blood cancer: two drug duos face off in major trial

Summary
This study is testing which of two different drug combinations works better for people whose marginal zone lymphoma has returned or stopped responding to previous treatment. Researchers will compare orelabrutinib plus rituximab against lenalidomide plus rituximab in 324 participants. The main goal is to see which combination keeps the cancer from progressing longer while monitoring side effects.
