Summary
This study is for adults with aggressive B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma that has returned or not responded to prior treatment. It compares a new combination of two targeted drugs (mosunetuzumab and polatuzumab vedotin) against a standard chemotherapy regimen. The goal is to see if the new combination is more effective at controlling the cancer and keeping it from progressing, while also checking its safety.
