New hope for aggressive lymphoma: experimental drug added to standard treatment
NCT ID NCT04980222
Summary
This study is testing whether adding an experimental drug called glofitamab to standard chemotherapy (R-CHOP) works better for people with high-risk, untreated diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. Researchers will enroll about 46 patients who have specific high-risk markers in their blood. The main goal is to see if this combination is safe and leads to complete disappearance of cancer after treatment ends.
