New hope for tough blood cancers: stronger chemo before transplant

Summary
This study is testing if adding a drug called Romidepsin to standard chemotherapy (CHOEP) makes treatment more effective for young adults with aggressive types of T-cell lymphoma. The goal is to better control the cancer before patients receive a stem cell transplant. The trial first finds the safest dose of the new combination, then checks if it helps patients live longer without their cancer progressing.
