Summary
This early-stage study is testing a new oral drug called BGB-21447 in adults with certain advanced blood cancers that have returned or stopped responding to other treatments. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see how the body processes the drug. Researchers will also look for early signs that the drug might help shrink tumors.
