Gentler treatment tested for 'Watch-and-Wait' lymphoma

Summary
This international study is testing a new two-drug combination for adults newly diagnosed with a slow-growing form of mantle cell lymphoma. The goal is to see if the drugs pirtobrutinib and rituximab can effectively control the disease while being easier to tolerate than standard chemotherapy. The trial will enroll 50 patients who have not yet received any treatment for their lymphoma.
