Four-Drug attack on aggressive lung cancer enters patient testing
NCT ID NCT07373964
Summary
This study is testing a new combination of four drugs as the first treatment for people with an advanced, fast-growing type of lung cancer. The goal is to see if adding a tablet called chidamide to standard chemotherapy and an immunotherapy drug can help control the cancer for longer and improve survival. About 36 patients will receive the treatment and be monitored to see how well their tumors respond and how safe the combination is.
