Breakthrough combo therapy trial offers new hope for Tough-to-Treat lung cancer

Summary
This study is testing whether a new two-drug combination (IN10018 plus D-1553) works better than the current standard first treatment for people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has a specific genetic change called KRAS G12C. The trial will involve about 400 adults who haven't had any prior treatment for their advanced cancer. Researchers will compare how long patients live without their cancer getting worse and monitor side effects between the new combination and standard immunotherapy plus chemotherapy.
