New hope for advanced lung cancer patients out of options

Summary
This study is for people with a specific type of advanced lung cancer that has stopped responding to standard treatments. It aims to see if a new drug called SYS6010 works better and is safer than the current chemotherapy drug, docetaxel. About 506 participants will be randomly assigned to receive one of the two drugs to compare their effectiveness and side effects.
