Summary

This early-stage study is testing a new oral drug called BH-30643 in adults with advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that has specific genetic changes (EGFR or HER2 mutations). The first part aims to find a safe and effective dose. The second part will see how well the drug works to shrink or control tumors in people who have already tried standard treatments.
