Summary

This study is testing a new drug called STX-721/PFL-721 for people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has specific genetic mutations (EGFR or HER2 exon 20 insertions). The trial aims to find the safest and most effective dose while checking if the drug can shrink tumors. It's for adults whose cancer has progressed despite previous treatments.
