New hope for tough lung cancer: experimental drugs challenge standard chemotherapy

NCT ID NCT07459751

Summary

This global study is testing whether new drugs called HLX43 alone or combined with HLX07 work better and are safer than standard chemotherapy (docetaxel) for people with advanced squamous non-small cell lung cancer. It's for adults whose cancer has worsened after their first treatment with platinum-based chemo and immunotherapy. The main goals are to see if these new treatments help people live longer and keep the cancer from growing.
