New hope for Tough-to-Treat lung cancer: testing a novel drug combo

Summary
This study is testing a new drug called BMS-986525, both by itself and combined with an existing immunotherapy drug (nivolumab), for people with small cell lung cancer that has come back or stopped responding to standard chemotherapy. The main goals are to see if the treatments are safe and what side effects they cause, and to get an early look at whether they can shrink tumors. The study will enroll about 240 people whose cancer has progressed after at least one prior platinum-based chemotherapy regimen.
