Summary
This study is testing a new combination of two drugs, called SI-B001 and SI-B003, for people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has spread. The first part aims to find a safe dose, and the second part will see how well the drug combo works, either alone or with standard chemotherapy. The main goals are to check for side effects and measure if the treatment shrinks tumors.
