Summary

This study is testing several new drug combinations for people with advanced lung cancer who haven't had any previous treatment. Researchers will give 450 participants different combinations of experimental drugs along with standard treatments to see which work best and are safest. The goal is to find better ways to control advanced lung cancer and help people live longer.
