Summary

This study tests a new combination of chemotherapy (paclitaxel and carboplatin) plus an immunotherapy drug (durvalumab) for people with extensive-stage small cell lung cancer who haven't had treatment yet. The goal is to see if this combo works better than the usual treatment. About 67 adults will take part, and researchers will track how long they live and how their tumors respond.
