Summary
This early-stage trial is testing a new oral medication called ABSK-011 in people with advanced solid tumors, particularly liver cancer. Researchers want to find the safest dose and see how the drug moves through the body. The study will enroll 200 patients who have tried standard treatments without success or have no other options available.
