NCT ID NCT07175415

Summary

This trial is testing whether a combination of three drugs—capivasertib, venetoclax, and dexamethasone—is safe and effective for children and young adults whose leukemia or lymphoma has returned or hasn't responded to standard treatments. The study will first find the safest dose and then see how well the treatment works to control the cancer. It is for patients aged 2 to 21 years old with specific types of blood cancers.
