Summary

This trial is testing a new combination of three drugs—capivasertib, venetoclax, and dexamethasone—for children and young adults whose leukemia or lymphoma has come back or hasn't responded to standard treatments. The main goals are to find the safest dose and see if this combination can help control the cancer. The study will enroll about 42 participants aged 2 to under 21 years old.
