New hope for kids with Tough-to-Treat leukemia

Summary
This early-stage trial is testing the safety and best dose of a new oral drug called ziftomenib when given alongside standard chemotherapy (FLA) to children and young adults. It is for patients aged 0-21 whose acute leukemia has come back or not responded to previous treatments. The main goal is to see if the combination is safe and to measure how the drug behaves in the body.
