Summary
This study is testing a new type of artificial lens for cataract surgery. It compares an 'extended depth of focus' lens, designed to help people see clearly at far, intermediate, and near distances, against a standard single-focus lens. The goal is to see if the new lens is safe, effective, and reduces the need for glasses after surgery.
