Summary
This study tests a new laser pattern for people with proliferative diabetic retinopathy, a serious eye condition caused by diabetes that can lead to blindness. Researchers will compare the new laser method to standard treatment in 300 adults aged 18 to 70. The goal is to see if the new pattern better controls the disease and reduces the need for additional treatments.
