NCT ID NCT07332130

Summary

This study aims to see if adding a drug called dexmedetomidine to the standard spinal pain relief mixture (bupivacaine and fentanyl) is better at reducing pain during normal labor. It will involve 100 women in active labor to test how well it works and how safe it is. The main goal is to see if this new combination provides stronger and longer-lasting pain relief.
