New flexible tool aims to suck out kidney stones better
NCT ID NCT07076589
Summary
This study is testing a new surgical tool designed to improve the removal of kidney stones. It compares a new flexible, suction-enabled sheath to the standard tool used during a common minimally invasive procedure called RIRS. The goal is to see if the new tool helps surgeons clear more stone fragments and dust from the kidney, potentially leading to better outcomes for patients.
