Summary
This study is testing a new combination of drugs (SHR-8068 and adebrelimab) for people with advanced kidney cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see how well the treatment shrinks tumors. It is for adults whose cancer has spread and who meet specific health criteria.
