New hope for advanced kidney cancer patients in experimental drug trial

Summary

This study is testing two new drug combinations for advanced kidney cancer that has spread or cannot be surgically removed. It will compare these experimental treatments against the current standard therapy in 120 patients who haven't received any previous cancer drugs. The main goal is to see which treatment works best at shrinking tumors and keeping the cancer from getting worse.
