Summary
This study tests if adding a new drug (belzutifan) or a different immunotherapy combo (MK-1308A) to standard treatment helps people with advanced clear cell kidney cancer live longer or slow their cancer. About 249 Chinese adults who have not had prior treatment for advanced disease will take part. The goal is to see if these combinations work better than the current standard therapy.
